The Friends of Yolo County Animal Services (YCAS) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that provides resources to the Yolo County Animal Shelter in order to support the needs of animals. Our Focus is to improve the lives of animals, promote adoption and support the community through animal enrichment, training, humane education programs, and outreach.
